Trufit Windscreens Well now. I couldn’t even start to say enough about the levels of professionalism, courtesy, accuracy, and excellence that was exhibited on the fitment of the brand new heated / rain sensor’d windscreen to my project Transit Custom camper that I’ve been working on over the last 6 months. From the get go, I was advised that the weather was to be poor on the originally allocated day for fitment when we booked it.
I think I booked it on the Thursday, and fitment was for the Tuesday. True to form, (This is Northern Ireland - 4 seasons in one day!) the weather turned out to be bad on the Tuesday so I got the call to reschedule to the Wednesday, which I suspect he’d held aside for delayed Tuesday fitments. First thing Wednesday morning I got the text to say he was there. I was so pleased! I love being kept well informed of stuff that’s happening when I’m away on work assignments, and I’m often away for weeks at a time, so the levels of courtesy and professionalism extended to me were fantastically reassuring and inspiring. And to top all of that, he was about £100 less than AutoGlass. Instant bonus!!
